Our A&E partner, TLC Engineering is one of the largest MEP and engineering firms in the country. The 377 person staff includes 99 PE's, 35 EI's, 95 LEED accredited professionals, 18 ACG Certified Commissioning Authorities, and 1 certified Indoor Air Qualified Professional. In-house services include MEP Services, Structural Services, Communications & Technology, Computer & CADD Applications, and Sustainable Design, LEED Consulting and Commissioning Services. We are currently using AutoCAD ABS 2009 and REVIT BIM Software as our drafting/design and building modeling platforms. Specifications are provided using the latest Masterspec and Specsintact programs to ensure completeness and coordination. Our Energy modelers are very experienced in the use of E-Quest as the platform for energy analysis and life cycle equipment costs to ensure that our designs provide the most energy efficient buildings possible. Project experience includes federal, state and local government, healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial construction, industrial and institutional work. Areas or work include CONUS and OCONUS. CONUS projects have been completed in 41 states. We are currently working on or have recently completed OCONUS projects from as far West as Guam, East as Afghanistan, North as Alaska and South as the Cayman Islands and Guantanamo Bay Cuba. Sustainability and Green Design are core concepts included in all of our designs. TLC Engineering has as of today 67 LEED Certified or higher projects including 25 Silver, 22 Gold and 1 Platinum project. We are currently anticipating Platinum Certification for the Fitness Center at Tyndall AFB Florida. Together with our Architectural and Civil Engineering teaming partners that have proven past performance in working together on military project, we can design virtually any structure desired to support client needs worldwide.
